The Diamond Concierge was created as a consumer resource for purchasing diamonds, watches and jewelry.
Buying an engagement ring, for example, can be overwhelming. We are here to answer questions while walking you through the decision process.
Or simply email the details of what you are looking for, and we will provide a selection of options to choose from.
There are a multitude of factors to consider before each purchase. Everyone has unique tastes and budgets. We start at the beginning to ensure we find the perfect piece for each customer.
The process begins with educating clients about diamonds, thus enabling them to make informed purchasing decisions. This encompasses knowledge about diamond grading, certifications, and other variables.
Clients schedule a consultation with one of our specialists. We discuss all of the options and align them with the client’s preferences and budget to determine the perfect match.
Clients examine their choices by viewing them under a loupe, studying high-resolution photos, videos, and reviewing certifications to ensure authenticity.
Once finalized, we address the design details, pricing, and payment terms. We have helped many people find the perfect piece, please read about some of them below.
The final step is the delivery. We offer various options, like shipping the piece directly to the client, arranging for client pick-up, or meeting in person.
Schedule your appointment to learn what we are all about.
